Would it be possible to leave our luggage in the B&B before we can enter our room because we will be arriving early. (07:45 a.m.) Also on the day of departure might it be possible to leave our luggage in the B&B until 21:45 p.m.?

You can leave your luggage in the morning but after 10.30am, on the day of checkout until 15.00pm, however close and in the station you will find luggage storage open until 21.00pm.

The apartment is very old schoolish and might seem a bit worn out but for sleeping it works just fine. The location is really great. I was also able to leave my backpack in till the afternoon pf the check-out day which was very welcomed.

Homely, good location and great value for money!
Close to the train station and a 10-15 minute walk from the biggest tourist sights. Beautiful location! Staff was very nice and helpful with a lot of recommendations and advice on how to make the most of Venice. There were two bathrooms available for all guests to use, both clean and spacious. The room was very homely and comfortable! Great value for money.
I had no real issues, except that it could seem a little far after a long day of walking if you happened to be on the other side of Venice (but nothing is ever TOO far away in Venice). The view was alright!
